Be sure to write it down and don’t forget it, as it cannot be changed later. This key can safeguard your account in case of an attack, but if someone else gains access to it, Blacave is not responsible.

All products and websites associated with Blacave are listed on Blacave.com. Please avoid visiting or registering for any product claiming to be from Blacave if it is not listed on the official website. Furthermore, all Blacave-related websites use the main website’s account system. You only need to link the external site to the main site (you will be prompted to grant account access), as none of the related websites have their own login systems.

Payments made to your Blacave account are non-refundable. However, you can use the available funds to make purchases on any Blacave-related website. For instance, if you add a 3D asset or an in-game item to your cart, you’ll need to visit your account to finalize the purchase.

If your payment fails and the funds do not return to your bank account (details about the crypto
wallet will be provided later), please submit a support ticket. We will investigate whether
the issue is on our end, and if it is, we will issue a refund.
With the crypto payment method, you won't need to provide bank card details or personal
information. However, if issues arise during the payment, we cannot accept responsibility.
